McAlarney Charged With Criminal Possession of Marijuana

A member of the Notre Dame Basketball team will soon see action in court.
Criminal charges were filed Tuesday against Kyle McAlarney.
He faces one count of possession of marijuana, a class "A" misdemeanor.
According to the charges, an Indiana State Trooper noticed McAlarney driving erratically on Edison Road about 1:30AM Friday morning.
Court documents indicate that the trooper found a burnt blunt on the center console of McAlarney's car.
He is scheduled to appear in court on January 18th.
McAlarney has been suspended from the basketball team.
