Have you ever wondered what security teams see as you and your belongings pass through airport scanners?
It might be a little more than you would expect.
Airport screening machines produce pictures of a traveler's intimate body parts, but the old machines will soon be replaced with new ones.
Now, the images will only show cartoon-like black and white outlines of passengers as they pass through security.
The American Civil Liberties Union has been trying to block the TSA’s use of the old X-ray machine for a while saying the vivid images invaded passengers' privacy.
Starting in January, the machine will be tested at limited U.S. airports before being put to wider use.
