Visit the Rockne Exhibit at Center for History

If you have not had the chance to visit South Bend's Knute Rockne exhibit, you are in luck.

The Northern Indiana Center for History is keeping the popular exhibit open until February 18th.

The exhibit features several local Knute Rockne impersonators.

Scott Nelson is just one of the people who portrays the Notre Dame Football coach.

But he has been invited to Phoenix to do his Rckne impression for the National Championship Game.

Nelson said, “The exhibit is hands down one of the coolest displays that we've had here locally. I mean, they have items on display here that have never been on display publicly before. So that’s your one opportunity, if you're a Rockne fan or a N.D. fan, you've got to get out here and see the exhibit.”

Nelson started doing Rockne impressions for a tour of the Copshaholm mansion and has now been portraying the football coach for several years.
