The US Department of Commerce just released the November Housing Report, and experts say it is good news.
The Commerce Department says sales of new, single-family homes rose by nearly 3.5% percent last month.
The numbers reflect solid sales in every region of the country, except the south.
A Bloomberg News survey of economists also reported that new home purchases went up last month.
This comes after the largest drop in the market in fifteen years.
