A court date has been set for the former principal of Greene Intermediate School.
Lela Warren will appear in court January 24th.
Court documents say that when a teacher told Warren that students were reporting abuse by former teacher's aide Schmeca White, Warren did not report the abuse.
She faces up to 180 days in jail and a maximum $1,000 fine.
