A Saint Joseph County Hotel is cleaning up after a pretty unusual crash Thursday afternoon.
A man crashed his pickup truck into a room at the Motel 6 along State Road 933.
But he did not stop there, he got his truck out of the room and tried to drive across the street but hit a van.
Police do believe alcohol played a role in the crashes.
The man was arrested, and then taken to the hospital.
Luckily, only one person was staying on that side of the hotel.
The management has completely closed of that part until they can make sure it is safe for guests.
