A Generous Donation from One Church to Another

This afternoon, Granger Community Church officials presented a $2,500 to Albright United Methodist Church.

As you may remember, the Albright Church caught fire back on October second, leaving the sanctuary in ruins.

Albright officials say they are thankful for the donation, especially during the holiday season.

"It means that we will be able to do some things that we couldn't have done, especially through all of the combined efforts, of all the churches. We've received so much help from different organizations, different churches, we are just very pleased at how the community has stood behind us," explains Dennis Ingle, Albright United Methodist Church.

Albright officials say they do not know exactly how they will spend the money.

They do say church re-building plans are in the works.
