Firefighters think an electrical problem is to blame for an Monday afternoon house fire in Osceola.
The fire broke out around 2:30 PM in the 5700 block of Cottage Grove.
When firefighters arrived, heavy smoke was coming from the home.
Investigators say the fire started in one of the bedrooms.
Two people were home at the time, both got out safely.
Unfortunately, three cats died in the fire.
