A truck crashed into a building Sunday in St. Joseph County.
Police say a little after 7 PM Sunday a 49-year-old man was heading north on State Road 933 when he apparently fell asleep at the wheel.
His pick-up truck cut through two lanes of traffic and a neighbor's yard before crashing into Whims & Wishes Interiors.
"He kept going until something could stop him luckily nobody in the building at the time nobody in the car parking lot people pretty lucky this evening," explains Fire Chief Timm Schabbel, Clay fire territory.
The man walked away from the crash without any injuries.
However, Whims and Wishes have thousands of dollars in damages.
