Some kids put on their dancing shoes Sunday to help a great cause.
Dancers with the Creative Dancen' Studio put on a holiday show at South Bend's O'Brien Recreation Center.
Part of the money raised from the event will benefit the food bank of northern Indiana.
The show included kids of all ages and dancing levels.
"We've got everything. We’ve got Ella Fitzgerald, we've got Jim Carey, we've got the nutcracker,” explains Lori South, owner of Creative Dancen’. "The kids love the opportunity to perform and we love to give it to them. And by helping a charity, we're building their confidence and showing them how they can take their talents and use them to help others.”
Money raised will also go to the studio's competition team which will compete in Ann Arbor in February.
