O’Hare Airport Temporarily Loses Radar System

Things are getting back to normal at O’Hare International Airport after a radar system malfunctioned.

A main radar system went down overnight for several hours causing dozens of delays for in-and-outbound flights.

The airport used a back-up system, until service could be restored.

The main radar was back online for about an hour before it went down again.

Engineers were eventually were able to fix the problem.
