Dozens Sick After Eating at Michigan Restaurant

Dozens are sick after eating food catered by a Michigan restaurant.

Health officials say the Norovirus is to blame.

Symptoms are similar to the stomach flu and the virus is highly contagious.

The outbreak started when the Afternoon Delight Cafe in Ann Arbor catered five holiday events.

The health department says the virus was spread by a contagious employee who was sick, then came to work, thinking they were better.

In all, 52 people got sick.

The Centers for Disease Control says Norovirus infections are common this time of year.
