It looks like it may be tougher to find a job in the South Bend area in the next few months.
Manpower is out Tuesday with its employment outlook survey for January through March of 2007.
It says only 23 percent of local companies plan to hire workers, while 23 percent of companies plan to reduce staff.
Manpower says employers in construction, wholesale, retail and public administration will cut jobs.
The company says you will have the best luck if you are looking for work in durable goods, manufacturing or service industries.
