A court hearing was postponed Tuesday for a man accused of killing a Michiana teenager.
Attorneys for 51-year-old Danny Rouse asked for the delay to have more time to gather evidence.
Rouse is being held without bond in the Cass County Jail on murder and criminal confinement charges
He is accused of killing his 16-year-old co-worker Stephanie Wagner. Back in October her body was found in a Cass County field. She had been strangled and stabbed.
Rouse's final pretrial conference is now scheduled for January 29.
