The holidays are supposed to be a time of giving and thankfulness.
However, for more people each year this time of year means stress.
A survey of over 3000 Americans finds finances are the top stressor during the holiday season, followed by memories of a loved one who passed away and too many scheduled activities.
Also topping the list are over-indulgence and a lack of exercise.
Females are more likely to report feeling stressed, as well as those without a college degree.
Other stressors include being alone for the holidays and the opposite, spending time with family.
