Pick out a Christmas ornament and you can make someone's holiday wish come true.
Friday morning, Martin's Supermarkets kicked-off its third annual "Be a Santa to a Senior" program.
Special holiday trees are set up at all Michiana Martin's locations.
Shoppers are encouraged to choose an ornament from a tree.
Each ornament has the name of a local senior, and his or her gift wish.
Community Affairs Coordinator Elise Alexander said, "There are lots of assisted living facilities and nursing homes in the area, that we're helping, and even local churches that do sponsorships as well. So everyone in the community is really being helped."
Alexander added, “We're not a big company that we don't think of the people, we are the people. I think that's what makes the difference."
Last year, Martin's officials say they delivered more than 3,000 items to more than 700 seniors.
This year their goal is to collect more than 4,000 items, but they need your help.
