Cutting Calories May Keep You Healthier Longer

All those holiday parties and desserts make for some sweet temptations during the holiday season.

Avoiding sweets is not just a good idea for the holidays.

Cutting back on calories may keep you healthier longer.

Research from the Oregon Health and Science University says cutting back on calories slowed the aging process in lab monkeys. It kept their immune systems stronger, longer.

Researchers are doing more tests to find out how many calories were cut and say it is important to remember they do not know how the cut-backs would affect people.
