After two years of planning, a new state of the art medical center is officially open for business in Mishawaka.
A ribbon cutting and open house was held today for the new Del Pilar medical and urgent care center.
The public got a glimpse inside the new two story 37 thousand square foot facility.
The center has diagnostic abilities in house, from CAT scan to Ultrasound.
It has an urgent care facility that aims to get patients in and out in 10 minutes.
The new Del Pilar Medical Center is located at 301 Day Road in Mishawaka.
“This is a new concept in so far as we'll be able to come to one place and service all of the primary care needs that you might have and there's nothing like that in and around this area,” says Dr. Arnold Del Pilar.
The medical center will be open six days a week, from eight A.M until eight P.M.
Eventually, the center hopes to be open seven days a week.
