Sentencing for Nivea Baker, the getaway driver in Preet Singh's murder, has been postponed for a second time.
The 23-year old is still waiting to be appointed a public defender.
Baker, who pleaded guilty to conspiracy back in march, requested a new attorney on November 16th.
Three others involved in the December 30th robbery have already been sentenced.
Baker remains behind bars at the St. Joseph County Jail.
