Neglect charges were formally filed Wednesday against an Elkhart man.
Lander Johnson, 27, is accused of neglecting his girlfriend's son.
The 2-year-old was airlifted to the hospital on November 17th with multiple skull fractures and internal injuries.
He remains in intensive care.
Johnson's bond is set at $100,000. A court hearing is tentatively scheduled for Thursday.
