Working Off Thanksgiving Dinner

Feeling guilty about eating that big Thanksgiving meal?

If so, you are not the only one.

We saw dozens of people trying to shed away the pounds at Pinnacle Athletic Club Friday in Mishawaka.

From stationary bikes to weightlifting, to racquetball, people are doing what they can to maintain their weight during the holiday season. "Also, the season change has a lot to do with it. A lot of people may have been working outside and now the weather changed and they're trying to get back inside and I think thanksgiving kind of puts them over the edge and they get back in and start concentrating on fitness again," says Jim Bradford of Pinnacle Athletic Club.

Bradford says business today was up about 20% over a normal Friday.
