Prices are down 30% and 44 million flat screens are expected to sell this year.
Big business in digital cameras is also expected.
Good news for companies like flash memory maker Sandisk.
Sandisk CEO Ed Harrari said, "The last quarter, third quarter, was a record for us, and this is going to be 50 to 60 percent higher, so definitely expect this to be a strong quarter."
Apple's iPod is another must-have item for holiday shoppers this year.
