A smoking ban ordinance for Marshall County that has been tabled for almost a year was revived today.
County commissioners have brought the possible ban back to life.
Now there will be a public hearing on the idea on December 6th.
The proposed anti-smoking measure is one of the toughest around.
Very few places would be exempt from the ban.
Bowling alleys, bars and restaurants would all be included in the ban.
The ordinance brought back up today is the exact same one commissioners tabled months ago.
