With Democrats in control of the Indiana State House, a South Bend Representative will soon be its leader.
B. Patrick Bauer has been chosen, once again, as the Speaker of the Indiana State House.
Bauer will lead the House for the 2007 and 2008 sessions of the Indiana General Assembly.
Bauer has served in the State House since 1970. He was last Speaker of the House back in 2004.
