The election is just over a week away and a new poll has Republican Congressman Mark Souder leading in the race for Indiana’s Third District.
The Fort Wayne Sentinel poll shows Souder with 52% of the vote.
Democrat Challenger Tom Hayhurst has 40%, while 8% are undecided.
The research was conducted last week. The poll has a margin 5% margin of error.
