Leapfrog is recalling about 186,000 Learn-Around Playground Activity Centers. Leapfrog has received 145 reports of children's arms getting stuck in the toy's plastic tube.

Leapfrog is recalling about 186,000 Learn-Around Playground Activity Centers.
Leapfrog has received 145 reports of children's arms getting stuck in the toy's plastic tube.
The toy has an alphabet panel, a musical keyboard and "Leapfrog Baby" printed on it.
Online retailers, toy stores and department stores nationwide sold the toys between July 2005 and August 2006, for about $60.
You should take this toy away from children and call Leapfrog at 800-701-5327 for a free repair kit.
