A life that had barely started was taken in an instant. Police say two year-old Keahn Hill was the center of a deadly domestic dispute.
It started when his father, 40 year-old Lawrence Hill showed up at the toddler's mother's Porter County home.
A neighbor says, “She was running down the hall screaming.”
Twenty-one year-old Sonya Hill was screaming for neighbors to call 911. Police say Lawrence Hill stabbed her roommate, 29 year-old Dennis Williams to death. Hill barged through the sliding glass patio doors.
He held a knife to Sonya's throat while leading her out of the apartment. That's when Williams tried to intervene and ended up losing his life.
At this point, police say Hill wasn't finished.
Shortly after, Sonya noticed Hill had taken their son out of his bedroom when he fled the murder scene.
An officer from Beverly Shores noticed Hill's vehicle. Police set up roadblocks and Hill drove through them, eventually slamming into a parked police car, killing himself and his two year-old son.
