WARSAW, Ind.--- There's been a second arrest in the investigation into hundreds of thousands of dollars laundered from the city of Warsaw.

Now money laundering charges have been filed against the wife of former public works superintendent Lacy Francis.

Stacey Page Online reports that 56-year-old Mildred Francis was taken into custody yesterday.

The investigation looking into the more than $260,000 that was missing began in December.

Investigators looked into a tip that Lacy Francis worked with Marc Campbell of Pro-Form Lining Company to hand out payments for work that was never done.
