On Friday, the South Bend Prosecutor’s Office filed burglary charges against 21-year-old Frank Albano of Osceola.

He is charged with four counts of burglary, which is a Class B felony. He could be sentenced for up to 20 years in prison.

The burglaries in question happened earlier this week.

Albano’s co-defendant, 26-year-old Christopher Ryckeart of Elkhart, was charged earlier this week when items connected to six area burglaries were found in his car.

Again, you cannot continue to take from others what is NOT yours. We're ALL suffering from this crappy economy, not just you thieving thugs. Get a fricken job and make your own way!! To the brother, good for you...perhaps your example will be enough to open his eyes. Hopefully you never have to arrest him yourself. God bless!

Larry- I agree with you. Taking the teachings of Christ from our children is the first step to guarantee a morally bankrupt society.

Boy would I be so proud to see my sons picture plastered all over after getting caught. I don't know if these idiots have noticed, but they always seem to get caught. I'm sure he's doing a lot of crying. HAHAHA

The schools shouldn't have to do the churches' job.

One caught - how many more to go?

I agree with 559, don’t blame the schools. Blame the parents because it is there responsibility to instill morality into the child. For those of you that believe religious values should be included in school my vote would be for Buddhism. It is the only religion I can think of at this moment that teaches open mindedness, non-violence and respect for other beings. Islam and Christianity do not appear to teach these values.

i have a hard time believing that God in school (or lack there of) has anything to do with this guy being a bad apple. if you want to get on a moral high-horse, point the finger at this guy's failing parents. some people just shouldn't be allowed to procreate...

Sad that a person this young would ruin his life. What do you expect with the removal of the Ten commandments from schools and God from our present enviroment. 20 years in jail not likely. Be a nice criminal and we will let you out early We will most likely give you probation so you can pray on people again. Watch the judge and remember this at election time Make him accountable also 20 years in prison ? Whos kidding who Crime pays in St Joseph county.Just one time I would like to see someone pay for their crime with a full sentance. No time off for being nice in prison. Watch the sentencing then remember the blank on your vote tab where it says should this judge be retained.
