The Kosciusko County Drug Task Force arrested three men early this morning on preliminary drug charges.

Jose Diaz, 48; Oscar Rodriguez, 32; and Jose Andrade, 46, were arrested in the 300-block of Levi Lee Road in Warsaw shortly after midnight. Police say that area is well-populated and has children living nearby.

Police say they learned a large drug purchase had taken place there on Sunday. Undercover officers searched the residence and found large amounts of money, drug paraphernalia, as well as a substance that appears to be cocaine.

The men are currently being held in the Kosciusko County Jail, each on $10,000 bond.

Kosciusko County Police encourage you to call in with anonymous information to the 24-hour Drug Task Force tip line at 574-372-2494.

Legal, can you read? No where did I say anything about the unemployment rate. What I said was that someone who is here illegally is bad. The reason I said that is because to get here ILLEGALLY means that you BROKE THE LAW. And LAW BREAKERS are CRIMINALS, and that's BAD. I never said they were all drug dealers or anything else. Again (read this slowly), They are criminals because they are here ILLEGALLY. They comitted a crime by coming here in an illegall manner. Get it.

Tom and everyone else who think that they are always right. You are not. The only thing you are correct in saying is yes illegals break the law by coming to this country illegally. As far as their legal status making them drug dealers, rapist or what ever crime can be committed that is not true. Everyone always wants to point the fingers at the fact that a person is illegal that is why they are a criminal. Being illegal is not what makes a person a criminal. Stupidity is what makes a criminal. Again not only are illegals committing crimes. Americans and people of all backgrounds are. For Tom who states that the unemployment rate is high because of illegal residents you are so wrong. If you are in a country illegally how are you going to claim benefits? YOU CAN'T. And they don't. Believe me in the type of work I do. I know for a fact they don't! Blame the unemployment rate on the legal residents who prefer to sit at home then to go find and honest job.

if you are an illegal you are therefore a criminal trespassing on our land plain and simple that's not racist even though we are told "thats racist" by the dummy box. what would happen to us americans if we went to mexico illegally? our family and friend's would have to pay for our safe return "ransom" and if they didn't pay then you would sit in jail for your crime! trespassing is a crime yes in deed. if it wasn't for the 30 million criminal illegal alien's our unemployment rate would hit the floor. american's could find a job then what a concept. deport them and do your job you corrupt treason committing government. like kc9geu said they obviously did not pay the government their cut. government=mafia

It has been on the local radio news that one of the guys is an illegal and will be sent back to mexico. So no people should not jump to that conclusion but it does happen

Again we go through all of the racial remarks. I don't think that the fact that these morans are "Mexicans" is what made them criminals. I have lived here all my life and last time I knew criminals came in all makes, models, colors and races. I don't know why people must always say the illegals are the problem here. I have said this in the past and I guess I will repeat it again. The illegals are only a small part of the crimes that happen here. Look around, accept the facts not all illegals are bad. Every race has its share of scum. You shouldn't stereotype all individuals of Hispanic descent. Criminals are white, black, Mexican and any other race that exists. Being a Mexican doesn't make us all bad. Look at the other headline. Man defrauds people using the food banks name. Geesh I guess all white people are to lazy to look for a job, since it was easier for him to go and take money from hard working people. "Mexicans" the problem. I don't think so....

Obviously they did not pay their cut. More and more people are starting to see that the government ships in the drugs so it is business as usual. Pinch a couple of criminal illegal aliens to make it look like they are doing something. The borders stay wide open while the dollar is being devalued in front of your face people. this is another problem in america, people come here from mexico just to sell drugs and live the high life we have to stop this drug thing some how some way i dont really think it will ever go away it is always goin to be here,but if we can keep it away form our kids we can help stop it, i say fry these guys and keep them in jail start making the sentence the same as if u killed someone that might make these idiots think before they do it im thinking it wont but i could it is worth a try nothing else seems to work

Well..well.. where's all the people who always whine about the "Mexicans do the jobs that Americans don't want to do.." apparently this is one of those jobs ey? Maybe, these "low paid" migrant workers have found a way to supplement their income? And maybe, they are involved in the thousands of pot plants also found in Kosciusko a couple days ago? Picking more than berries, ey? Ha, give me a break! Send them back to Mexico.. I don't care if they're legal or illegal we don't need them here. Racism is not the issue. The fact is that so many hispanics in this country, whether they got here legally or illegally have pushy bad attitudes and expect us to like it. Then we hear something like this where some of them are dealing in drugs it doesn't help the case. I'm not racist, I don't think being born to a certain race means you will be good or bad. But I do know how many of the hispanics in this area act, and it's not good. So it doesn't suprise me when people who got here legally and care about the future of this country are angry about the hispanic influences we have to deal with. I don't live very far from where these clowns were busted and all I can say is I don't want this junk in my neighborhood regardless of who's selling it. Throw the book at 'em!

Illegal is the point many of you are missing. If 25 million white people invaded mexico(I cant imagine why thou)the mexican government would be arresting Americans and shooting them in the streets. The American government purchased the former mexican territories from the French after they took it from the mexicans. Go whine to the French. We purchased what you were not able to hold on to yourselves from another country. Illegal aliens need to be rounded up and deported. It's not about what race they are or where they are from its the fact that they are selling drugs and its wrong. Now I have to pay for them to be in jail and get three meals a day when I can barely afford that myself!!!! They get to watch cable that I pay for and don't have for myself!!! Where is the justice in this, but I'm sure their families are milking our welfare system and I don't qualify for that.

I agree with in justice for all. I am white and sometimes ashamed of that becouse of racist white people! Just becouse they are latino they all are NOT from mexico!! Their are lots of other countries besides mexico! I have been to Honduras and have to say white people could not live in their country it is so poor!! I salute all spanish people who come here to try to make a better life for themselfs and their families back home! As a "Latina Social Worker", I'd like to state my opinion on this article and the comments that were just posted. I believe the U.S. Constitution has it's pros and cons, but however justice shall be served for all.
