On Friday, 23 individuals were taken into custody on outstanding warrants.
It was part of a large sweep conducted by officials throughout Michigan City and LaPorte County during Operation Summer Sweep Up.
The sweep was organized by the Fugitive Apprehension Street Team (FAST).

Over the course of the sweep, officials seized marijuana, marijuana baked goods, narcotics paraphernalia, guns, money, and a large marijuana grow operation.
