Former Roseland town councilman David Snyder was back in court today, this time for charges stemming from the "Rumble in Roseland."
Snyder is accused of beating up fellow councilman Ted Penn in January 2007.
Snyder is charged with intimidation and battery.
He goes on trial July 28th. If convicted, he faces up to four years in prison.
