South Bend, Ind. Regular season is almost over for the South Bend Silver Hawks and they are trying to end their season with a bang.

The goal is to set a new single season attendance record in franchise history. In order to do this, the Silver Hawks are throwing a “Pack the Park” celebration.

The single season attendance record was set back in 1994 at 258,424. That was the year of the Major League Baseball strike. Right now, the Silver Hawks attendance is at 236,388. That’s only 22,036 away from the record.

During “Pack the Park”, which is Tuesday, you can head to the ballpark and save some money. Tickets, regular hot dogs, sodas, and draft beer will be $2. Plus, you can bring your pooch. Tuesday is the last "Bark in the Park".
