Three men are arrested for allegedly vandalizing buildings in Elkhart.
Just before 2 a.m. Elkhart Police arrested three Elkhart men for criminal mischief after damage was discovered on Main Street: Justin Roush, 23 years old; Robert Tschida, 20 years old; and John Peepers, Jr., 23 years old.
Police say they found windows broken on buildings across the street from the Elco building. They also found a hole in the canvas awning at Casey’s Restaurant.
Police say they saw the three men on top of the Elco building, and they were arrested after climbing down. Damage was later found on the roof of the Elco building.
The men were arrested for felony criminal mischief.
