The Chesterton Police Department is still investigating the mysterious death of 20-year-old Rylan Cotter.
Cotter, of Okemos, Michigan, was found fully clothed last Wednesday by workers at the Brassie Golf Club in Chesterton. A coroner says Cotter died from massive blunt trauma to the chest and abdomen, but the manner of death is unknown.
Officials say Cotter's parents don't know why she would have visited Chesterton or the golf course.
Police report to NewsCenter16 that they have interviewed friends, family, and acquaintances and have now centered their investigation onto video surveillance.
Police are now looking at video from local businesses, eateries, and establishments to verify the presence of Cotter. They will also be looking for anyone who may have been with Cotter before her death.
