Federal prosecutors in Grand Rapids say a Michigan man accused of using the Internet to meet, abduct and sexually assault a 12-year-old English girl has pleaded guilty to two charges.
Toby Studabaker of Constantine entered his pleas last week in U.S. District Court.
The ex-Marine was charged with transporting a child across international borders for the purpose of sexual exploitation and possession of child pornography.
A sentencing hearing hasn't been scheduled. He faces a prison term of five to 40 years.
Studabaker flew to England to meet the girl and then took her to France and Germany.
He served more than three years in an English prison before being departed to the U.S. last June.
