Turkey Day Travel

If you're traveling for turkey day you're certainly not alone.

According to triple AAA all forms of travels are seeing an increase.

Nearly 40 million people are expected to use trains, planes, and automobiles to get home for the holidays.

It's one of the busiest travel days in years.

At the South Bend Regional Airport there have only been slight delays today and passengers haven't had any complaints.

“My plans are pretty flexible as long as I get home tonight that’s all I'm looking for,” says Anne Marie Rick who is flying home for Thanksgiving.

High gas prices don't seem to be slowing people down.

Gas prices are 90 cents higher per gallon in Indiana than last year but more people are driving home than last year.
