David Synder appeared in court this morning in his resisting arrest and disorderly conduct case.
The case stems from his now infamous altercation with Roseland Town Marshal Jack Tiller on September 14th.
The Roseland councilman walked into misdemeanor court today preparing to enter a not guilty plea, but that never happened.
The court scheduled today as a day charges could be filed but after walking in, Snyder quickly learned the county prosecutor had not filed any charges.
It is hard to forget the fight between Snyder and Roseland officer Jack Tiller.
It happened at a town council meeting last month.
Yesterday the St. Joe County Prosecutor's Office announced a grand jury will convene December 17th to see if charges should be filed from the incident.
The prosecutor's office subpoenaed this video from Newscenter 16 as part of the investigation.
