Two teens are hurt following a rollover accident in Cass County.
Police say it happened around 11:30 Sunday night on Middle Crossing Road, just south of California Street in Silver Creek Township.
Seventeen-year-old Lauren Bishop of Dowagiac was traveling south on Middle Crossing, when she lost control of the car on a curve. Bishop ran off the road, hit a ditch and overturned the vehicle several times.
She, along with passenger 16-year-old Hannah Bishop of Dowagiac, were taken to the hospital. There's no word on their conditions.
Police say seat belts were worn and alcohol was not a factor. However, texting while driving is unknown.
The accident is under investigation.
