It's the power of pink. When you see a pink ribbon you know it stands for breast cancer awareness. Now the Isabella Salon and Day Spa in Granger is getting that message out using what they know best--hair.

Women AND men are coming in to get a strand of pink hair attached to their heads.

"It's a hair extension. 100% real hair."

"I hope that people ask me, 'why do you have pink hair?' And I'll say, 'there's a salon raising money for breast cancer,"' says Meghan Corcoran, a St. Mary's student getting pink extensions.

"I've got a couple friends that are dealing with breast cancer right now and I just want to do it for them," explains Beverlee Marsh, also getting a changed hairdo!

"We know a lot of breast cancer survivors and not survivors," says Jackie Denman, here with her baby daughter Zoe.

The salon is also offering pink manicures, pedicures, and facials. They've already raised $300 and you can go get 'pink pampered' through the month of October.
