A Michiana congressional candidate gets an endorsement from one of the most well-known political faces of the last few years.
Former Alaska Governor and vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin endorsed State Rep. Jackie Walorski on her Facebook page Wednesday.
Palin named Walorski on her list of women leaders, on the 90th anniversary of women’s suffrage.
Walorski is running on the Republican ticket against incumbent Democrat Joe Donnelly for the seat in the 2nd Congressional District.
In response to Palin's endorsement Walorski thanked Palin for "standing with us as we fight for this great country.”
