1 year since death of Goshen College professor; still no suspect

"It's been incredibly hard." Those are the words Linda Miller used to describe life without her husband James.

James Miller, a former professor at Goshen College, was killed last October during a home invasion. His wife, Linda was also beaten. But, she survived her injuries.

Miller leaves three children behind.

Since then, Goshen police have tracked multiple leads and processed loads of evidence, but no one has been prosecuted.

The family says they have a good relationship with Goshen police, and hold onto hope that a suspect will step forward or be turned in.

Linda Miller says they don't want "justice," just closure. She says no amount of compensation could bring back her husband, instead, they want to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Goshen College will hold a memorial service for Miller, Tuesday at 4:30 pm.
