A Goshen woman is dead following an Elkhart County car wreck.
Police said Chandra Fernandez, 33, was driving along U.S. 6 just east of County Road 23 when her Chevy Lumina mini-van crossed the center line and drove-off the roadway.
Fernandez, who was wearing a seat belt, got pinned underneath the van which rolled upside down and landed in a cornfield.
No one else was injured in the crash which remains under investigation.
