Valentine’s Day is just around the corner and this month, you can get a half-dozen of red roses for free, just by donating blood.
South Bend Medical Foundation blood centers are offering the incentive to people who bring in a friend or loved one with them to donate.
Both donors will get the roses, as well as a coupon from Wygant Floral. Or, donors can skip the roses and instead choose to have $10 donated to the American Red Cross “Heroes for Haiti” program on their behalf.
That’s not all though, everyone who donates in February is also entered into a drawing for an all-inclusive vaction.
To make an appointment to donate, call 574-234-1157 or click on the Big Red Bar.
