The State of Indiana gave the green light to an $8 million plan to improve energy efficiency in several IUSB buildings, Wednesday.

The money will go toward replacing electrical and mechanical systems, along with improving water and sewer in the buildings.

Among those affected include Wiekamp hall, the Administration Building, and the University Center.
