Ironwood Drive, South Bend, Indiana 46614 The Inn at St. Paul's: Chocolate Banana Bread Pudding: Serves 8 4 Eggs 2 Cups Milk 1 Cups Brown Sugar 1 Cups Semisweet Chocolate Chips 1 T Vanilla Extract 1 T Cinnamon 4 Cups Cubed French Bread 2 Cups Maraschino Cherries Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. 2. In a large mixing bowl, mix eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Stir in bread, cherries and chocolate chips. Let rest 5 minutes for bread to soak. Pour into prepared pan. 3. Line a roasting pan with a damp kitchen towel. Place loaf pan on oven rack. Fill roasting pan with water to reach halfway up the sides of the loaf pan. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. 4. Enjoy!
