I am a big Clay Aiken fan as a matter of fact he is my all time favorite and for him to give of himself the way he does for these kids and then for his fans. This man has a heart of gold and a voice that matches. You never hear of any other American Idol who gives the way this man does he has used his popularity to help mankind (now do you understand Joel why he had no time to give you your interview). This is the reason UNICEF chose this man because of his undying caring for children around the world not just in this country but all countries. To the person who said Clay's heart shines bright is right. GOD broke the mold when he created Clay. His love of life and his work and fans are his passion. That is why Clay'S fan stay loyal, and go nuts over him. It's his voice and passion he puts into it. He loves us as much as we do him. This young man was raised right to think of other before himself and that is just what he does.....God bless you Clay!!!

Any other of those AI winners (or "losers" as the case may be-read that as you will)our there doing what Clay is doing? I don't THINK so- it is all about money and glory and fame and NO ONE gives back more than Clay- NO ONE does more for others than Clay- God Bless you, Clay Aiken!

Looking forward to hearing a more detailed report on Somalia. I will be donating as Clay's teaching background lends credibility to his assessment of the situation. He has a love for the world's children.

I am very happy to hear of Clay Aiken's trip to Somalia to help the less fortunate children of that Country. He is to be commended for the wonderful work that he does. Glad to see that he is home safe and sound for the Holiday weekend.

Thank you God for bringing Clay back home safely and I pray that his visit helps those of us more fortunate to help those less fortunate that Clay has just visited.

I commend UNICEF and Clay Aiken for their efforts in bringing this tragic situation to the world's attention. The children of Somalia need our help and I know with this kind of awareness conditions will improve in Somalia.
