Amy Winehouse will not be charged in connection with a video that allegedly shows her taking drugs.
The Grammy-winning soul singer was questioned for nine hours last week. London police stepped in after The Sun newspaper published photos and footage of what seemed to be Winehouse smoking a pipe usually used for crack cocaine.
Her spokesman says she is pleased to be able to move on and perform at festivals this summer.
Winehouse had a breakthrough hit with "Rehab." Her success has been overshadowed by media attention paid to her turbulent life of wild nights and run-ins with the law.
