Will this be the day that R. Kelly's child pornography trial begins?

That is what is supposed to happen. But before the case officially is heard, the judge will handle a motion by the defense to delay the proceedings.

It was six years ago that the singer was formally accused of videotaping himself having sex with an underage girl.

Prosecutors in Chicago believe the child in question was as young as 13.

The victim is now 23 and now says it wasn't her on the tape.

Prosecutors believe they have supporting evidence that can back up their claim. R. Kelly is 41. If convicted, he could face up to 15 years in prison.
