2 college presidents to be inaugurated in Indiana

Two Indiana colleges will inaugurate new presidents this week.
Dottie L. King will be inaugurated as president of Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College on Friday, and John David Dawson will be inaugurated as president of Earlham College on Saturday.
Dawson was appointed in March and has been serving as President of the Richmond college since July 1. Besides his duties as president, Dawson also is a full professor of religion.
Prior to joining Earlham, Dawson was a professor and former
provost at Haverford College in Haverford, Pa.
King has 27 years of higher education experience and has served
Saint Mary-of-the-Woods, near Terre Haute, since 2002 as an
associate professor of mathematics, chair of the sciences and mathematics department, assistant dean for undergraduate and international programs, and vice president for academic affairs.
